All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hola@takusauces.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances. If you have questions or concerns about your order, please reach out to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
