Inspired by my culinary training and stage at Astrid y Gastón under renowned Peruvian chef Gastón Acurio, and refined through years of growing our business from a humble food truck into multiple restaurant brands, our signature lomo saltado flavor is now bottled to bring the heart of our kitchen straight to your home.
